Born in 1963, in Gliwice (Poland), studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, at the Faculty of Graphic Arts. He received his diploma, with the Rector’s Award, in 1988.

Scholarship holder of the Silesian-Dąbrowa Committee of Independent Culture (1988), Ministry of Culture and Art (1989 and 1999), The Pollock-Krasner Foundation in New York (1994) and Frans Masereel International Graphic Centrum in Belgium (1994, 1995, 1996, 1997).
He took part in over 120 group exhibitions. He is a laureate of numerous awards and distinctions, and his works can be found in state, public and private collections, in Poland and abroad.
He lives and works in Katowice.
